Freedom Travel Group deliver a conference annually, this 2 day event is normally held in the month of November due to it being the quietest time of year in the Travel Industry for the majority of our members.
Freedom conferences are primarily located with the UK due to the high attendance rates from the membership. This also ensures the members spend the minimum time away from their business.
The 2 days consist of lively interactive presentations covering issues affecting the Travel industry and our members businesses.
An opportunity to meet the directors and pose questions to them and other key suppliers, In edition we have a supplier meeting zone were meetings can be pre-arranged between members and up to 40 suppliers electronically. Opportunities to meet and chat to other Freedom members and finally a gala dinner which always includes lively entertainment.
Freedom Conference 2011
Freedom conference 2011 was held in the city of Manchester, the 2 day event was held on Sunday 27th of November at the Hilton Hotel with a record number of members attending.
Speakers and presentations included An Introduction to Flight Plus, motivational speaker Kanya King MBE while headline sponsors included Thomas Cook Group, Attraction World and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
This year we also included breakout sessions for the members, subjects included Marketing, Social Media, Cruise and the Luxury market. Feedback for all sessions has been superb and we are looking at including again in next years conference.
We finished off day 1 with our Gala dinner, filled with fun, food, Magicians, singing waiters and of course alot of dancing!
