The Freedom team will guide you through your initial application to join, either by speaking to the support centre or by speaking to the Sales and recruitment team. Once you are accepted as a member of the Freedom Travel Agents group, the support team will also guide you through the initial start up process and will make the transition as smooth as possible.
A site visit will be organised by Vertical systems, our technology provider, to establish that all the necessary pre installation requirements are in place. During these visits your individual agency requirements will be discussed to ensure that you receive the package that is most relevant to your business. The support team will also ensure that the ABTA application is processed as quickly as possible enabling us to arrange your supplier system passwords.
Our office is teamed by an experienced team, click here to meet them. They are dedicated to Freedom members, and are at the end of a phone to answer any of your questions as you approach “go live”.
Once you have “gone live” the Freedom team will support you through your early questions, whether they be about processes and procedures or your technology, or something completely “off the wall”.
Your requirements will change depending on the life stage of your business, but whatever support you need we feel confident that one of our experienced team will be able to help you.

Your sales team will have access to Freedom Today which is a closed user group intranet. Freedom Today has all the information that your team will need to close the sale on all of our supported suppliers.
