Training
Support and system training
Full system and procedure training will be held in our training facilities in Burslem, Stoke on Trent, before you “go live”. This also gives you and your team the opportunity to meet the Freedom support staff who will support you and your colleagues once you have joined us.
In addition a Freedom Travel Group representative will visit your branch during your first two weeks of trading to provide assistance as required. Freedom Travel Group members also have their own IT helpdesk, where a team of experienced TARSC consultants are available to answer any questions.
Freedom Today is a closed user group members’ intranet and this too has much information on it that will help you and your colleagues with trading on a day to day basis, from sales campaigns to administration procedures.
