System training & support

 

Free system training and support

All successful applicants are required to attend a free*, two-day training course held in our Stoke on Trent Support Centre. You will receive in depth training on the TARSC system and Magic Professional.

Full system and procedure training will be held in our training facilities in Burslem, Stoke on Trent, before you “go live”. This also gives you and your team the opportunity to meet the Freedom support staff who will support you and your colleagues once you have joined us.

In addition our Operations support manager will visit your branch during your first few weeks of trading to provide important daily management processes, reports, administration and procedures. We then will then visit again once you have been trading for several months and will cover any remaining training issues you may have.

In addition to your "go live" visit you will also receive a visit from our Sales & Recruitment manager who will cover with you the Freedom Intranet, commission, incentives and answer any questions you may have.

Dedicated technical support helpdesk

In the unlikely event that you experience difficulties with your Freedom software, the Freedom Travel Group has a dedicated technical support helpdesk ready to answer any query you may have!

 

Members Intranet

Freedom Today is a closed user group members’ intranet and this will help you and your colleagues with trading on a day to day basis, from sales campaigns to administration procedures, commissions, news feeds and business tools.
