Once you are accepted as a member of The Freedom travel agent's Consortium,
the support centre based in Stoke on Trent will guide you through
the initial start up process and will make the transition as smooth
as possible. A site visit will be organised by our technology provider
to establish that all the necessary pre-installation requirements
are in place. During these visits your individual agency requirements
will be discussed to ensure that you receive the package that is
most relevant to your business. The support team will also ensure
that the ABTA application is processed as quickly as possible enabling
us to arrange your tour operator passwords.
Our office is staffed by an experienced
team, dedicated to Freedom members – we will be on call to
answer every little query you have as you approach 'go live'.
Full and comprehensive training is provided free of charge in our Burslem
training centre where you will learn about the company, the systems
and the exciting opportunities available to your business. And there
is always a friendly voice available for help whenever it is required
