Full system and procedure training will be held in our state of the art facilities in Burslem, giving you and your team the opportunity to meet The Freedom travel agent's Consortium Support staff who will ensure you receive a first class service. In addition a Freedom Travel Group representative will visit your branch during your first 2 weeks of trading to provide assistance as required. Freedom Travel Group members also benefit from their very own IT Helpdesk, where a team of experienced IT TARSC Consultants are available to answer any queries, big or small. This is fully integrated with the Magic Professional booking suite and communication facilities including email and access to the world wide web. TARSC allows all holiday booking details to be processed through to your back office for simple secure management and there is no need for double entry of booking details.
