Client administration

All confirmations, and tickets are sent directly to your branch for checking and sending on to clients. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments, tickets, confirmations etc. are delivered and received on time. Your system will enable you to produce a comprehensive range of reports with automatically generated letters for customer contact, chasing payments, chasing confirmations etcetera.

Conferences & seminars

Regular regional meetings will be arranged as an opportunity for all The Freedom travel agent's Consortium members to get together with new ideas, to share experiences and to voice issues to our management team. Your presence at meetings will not be compulsory but get-togethers of this nature have proven to be a huge success in the past and help us to develop our business to the benefit of all parties. An Annual Conference will also be held as an opportunity to interact with other members and to meet Head Office management and support teams. We will take the opportunity to invite guest speakers from our key tour operator partners and suppliers.

Agency concessions, educationals and training

Travel concessions and educational trips maybe offered directly to you from tour operators and suppliers. In addition to these offers we also arrange for special in house, training and familiarisation sessions with our suppliers, especially when new products or services are introduced. We circulate information about training sessions to all members on a regular basis. Your presence will not be compulsory, but our experience suggests that these events can be invaluable in increasing sales.
